New York City Office Of Emergency Management And Department Of Buildings Issue Falling Ice WARNING

Below is a New York winter press release advising Apartment managers & owners

Due to today's warmer temperatures and heavy rain, ice may be falling from buildings, bridges and other structures around the City. The Office of Emergency Management and the Department of Buildings urge building owners and managers to remove ice from their buildings where possible. If ice removal is not possible, building owners and managers should rope off the unsafe area.
